MST Holding, established as such in 1992, comprises six companies dedicated to the development and implementation of all kinds of global solutions to help reducing costs and increasing productivity for customer attention services provided on telephonic basis.
The firm has its origin in Medios y Servicios Telemáticos S.A., MST, which was founded in 1992 by its CEO, Pedro Barceló. MST was created in 1992, when its CEO, Pedro Barceló, founded this company in Barcelona to commercialize Multifax Services, that was invented by him, and of what he has the patent rights. The Multifax, that supposed an important technological innovation at that moment, allows simultaneous fax shipment to thousands of addressees.
This activity was developed successfully until 1994, when MST began with some telemarketing services, as a complementary activity to multiple fax shipment.
Successively through years, the company has grown and has adapted itself, both in the human and the technological aspect, to the new market needs.  In 1996, a new office in Madrid was open, and afterwards, Barcelona office was enlarged to two different offices. In 2005, the site of Madrid was moved to another building, of greater surface, in the very financial centre of the city. In 2006, another site in Barcelona was opened, it is specialised in Banking services (Fonomarket).
MST Holding is certified with the ISO 9001:2000 in Contact Centres’ services, and has developed its security policies based on the international specifications as described in ISO 17799 normative.
One of the characteristics of MST Holding is that it looks for the specialization, both technical (computer science developments and technological solutions) and human (highly specialized and qualified personal) in each one of its companies, to offer to each and every client the solution that adapts better to its needs.
MST Holding currently counts on a 400 workers staff, and an annual invoicing volume that in ascended to 11.6 million euros in 2007, this meant a growth of a 30% regarding the previous year. Regarding this year 2008, it is foreseen to achieve an invoicing of 14 million euros.
